Welcome to Elnath Finance Academy (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. Nature of the content
The Site provides general, educational financial information written for all readers and identical for everyone. The Site does not provide personalized investment advice, and Elnath Finance Academy is not a registered investment adviser. See the Disclaimer.
2. Nature of paid subscriptions
Some services (such as the Watchlist Brief) require a paid subscription. Paying does not change the nature of the content. Reports analyze only the tickers you provide. We do not recommend securities, do not ask for your position sizes or amounts, and do not comment on your list, and every subscriber receives identical analysis for the same stock. A paid subscription does not create an advisory relationship and does not constitute personalized investment advice.
3. How access works
The Site has no accounts or passwords. After payment we email you a personal link, which you use to view and edit your watchlist. That link is your access credential — do not forward it or post it publicly. If you believe your link has been exposed, email us and we will revoke it and issue a new one.
4. Billing & automatic renewal
The subscription costs US$6.99 per month, charged for the first period when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically: at the start of each billing period we charge your payment method for the next period until you cancel. Amounts are in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed by Stripe; Elnath Finance Academy never sees, stores, or handles your full card number.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, without giving a reason. Access continues through the end of the current period, after which you are not charged again. Cancel online yourself using the billing link we email you, or write to [email protected]. There is no retention flow, no manual review, and no additional step.
6. Refunds
Within 14 days of your first subscription you may request a full refund, no questions asked. After that period, amounts already charged are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges (see above). If service is interrupted for an extended period through our fault, we will refund pro rata or extend your subscription.
7. Price and service changes
We may change subscription prices or what a service includes. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect and apply from your next billing period; if you do not accept them, you can cancel before they take effect. We may also suspend or discontinue a service, in which case we refund pro rata any period you have paid for but not received.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site's articles, charts, code, and brand are the property of Elnath Finance Academy. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use the content commercially without written consent. The same applies to reports you receive as a subscriber: they are for your personal use and may not be resold, distributed publicly, or used to build a derivative commercial product.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or abuse Site resources at scale via automation; remove or alter any notice, label, or attribution; share your access link with others; or use the content to mislead others or for unlawful purposes. If you seriously or repeatedly breach this section we may end your subscription, refunding the remaining period pro rata.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elnath Finance Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site.
11. Third-party services & links
The Site may integrate third-party services (such as subscribe forms, payment processing, email delivery, and web analytics) or contain external links. Those services and content are governed by their own terms, for which Elnath Finance Academy is not responsible.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; please check back periodically. If a change affects fees, billing periods, or the refund policy, we notify existing subscribers by email before it takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
